Hayley's Grains was sold to new owners as of April 2026 and rebranded as Local Grocer.  We strive to honor Hayley's amazing legacy and the community she built as we grow the business.  You'll still find local organic produce and goods and bulk items for health and home.  And don't worry, we still have Mother Culture products!  We look forward to adding unique, artisanal products and goods to delight your palate and share with your own community and family. 

Taylor, TX is a small town northeast of downtown Austin and just east of Round Rock & Hutto. 

Originally a town that was created with the railroad, Taylor is a fast growing city with deep ties to the railroad, technology (Samsung) and agriculture and farming. You'll find some of the best kept secrets in vintage shopping (minus the Austin prices!) and some of the coolest artists and musicians around at the Black Sparrow.  We have the best coffee in Texas (looking at ya'll, Haciendo and Ripple & Rose!), a world class bakery (Flake Bakery and Larder) and one of the coolest speakeasies this side of the east coast (1922 Libations & Bites).

Come and visit us.  Stay at Talbot Commons for the weekend.  Ditch your phone and find your new favorite book at Curio Mrvosa.  Pick up some wine and snacks at our place.  Not into wine? Check out the Neighborhood Bottle Shop for some unique beers.  Have an incredible Korean lunch or dinner at Taylor Seoul Food.
